—PARÇA objects are hand-built works and may differ slightly from the photos on this site.
—If an item is currently out of stock, please allow 4–6 weeks for production as each piece is hand-assembled.
—If you have any questions prior to placing an order feel free to contact.
—All import taxes and duties on purchases must be paid by the customer in their respective countries.

Returns

—Items can be returned in their original condition within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please note that the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Shipping & Handling

—Once an order is placed, items are shipped within 10 working days. Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
—Products are packaged very carefully but if your purchase is damaged in transit, photograph the broken item and contact us via email within three (3) Days Of Arrival.

Maintaining & Caring

To live comfortably with your PARÇA object, wipe all surfaces regularly with a soft, lint-free microfiber cloth to prevent dust buildup. For routine cleaning, a lightly dampened cloth is sufficient; be sure to dry the object thoroughly afterwards to avoid water marks or oxidation on surfaces. Please avoid abrasive pads, solvents, alcohol-based cleaners, acetone, or ammonia-based products.

Uncoated galvanized versions may be used for dry foods such as bread, nuts, or shell-on fruits; contact with wet, acidic, or oily foods may leave surface marks over time. Powder-coated versions are not intended for direct food contact. When serving food, use a simple liner such as baking paper or a napkin. PARÇA objects are not suitable for dishwashers or prolonged exposure to water.

Each piece is assembled by hand using solid brass fasteners. Please tighten the fittings from time to time.
