Ordering 

—PARÇA objects are handbuilt works and may differ slightly from the photos on this site.

—Once an order is confirmed, items are shipped within seven (7) working days if in stock.

—If you have any questions prior to placing an order feel free to contact.

—All import taxes and duties on purchases must be paid by the customer in their respective countries.

Returns

—If any issues with your purchase, works can be returned for store credit; no cash refunds. Buyer pays any additional shipping costs.

Shipping & Handling

—Products are packaged very carefully but if your purchase is damaged in transit, photograph the broken item and contact us via email within three (3) days of arrival.

Caring

—Clean the products only with damp cloth, and dry them to avoid oxidation. Do not use abrasive cleaning products that can harm surfaces such as chemical cleaning products brushes. Not suitable for dishwasher.

Please also tighten the nuts every now and then.
